The D&D USA Corporation is a subsidiary of D&D Firenze spa in Florence (Italy) which has behind 30 years of successes and fame.

Our expansion projects are considerable, given the exclusivity of the brands and the flourishing relationships that we have been cultivating with companies for over 30 years, which allow us to have the assorted and seasonal goods, guaranteed by exclusive contracts over twenty years.

In fact 2019 wants to be the beginning of expansion as a direct distributor in USA market, buying and selling directly the clothing, accessories and footwear products of the major luxury Brands worldwide such as:

The D&D USA is mainly doing 3 types of work with the brand: dealing both current and stock season and make production of current season of clothing, accessories and shoes and end of cloth. Picking up directly from the US territory all our branded products and importing the italian and French brands from D&D Firenze spa.

Where we sell?

The D&D USA CORP will mainly focus on department stores in US depending on the contract we have with the brand.

We will increase the USA market by proposing our clients landed and duty paid products in order to increase our annual turnover.

The major markets of D&D will be South America, Mexico, Panama, South Africa, India, Iran, Australia and some specific areas of China and Japan including Yushu and Hainan Island.

We are devoloping new channels of distribution by selling our luxury products DELIVERED DIRECTLY TO THE FINAL CUSTOMER THROUGH CASINO’, CREDIT CARD COMPANY REWARDS, CORPORATE GIFTS, CRUISES and AIRLINES.

We are creating new partnerships in order to supply large companies by take advantage of their rewards program selling mainly accessories such as handbags and small leather goods of my Luxury Brands.

D&D offers collections of the current season by doing the production directly with the brand’s headquarters and/or a licensee. We do not carry items more than 6 months old from the previous seasons so that our consumers have the best possible deals to choose from at competitive prices.

Geographical Areas of commercial distribution

The main reference markets for our company are South America, the United States of America, Canada, Australia, New Zeland, Asia, South Africa, India and in agreement with each single brands also Middle and Eastern Europe, United Arab Emirates, Qatar, Iran. This global presence enables D&D to sell the products even in periods that differ from the traditional; relating instead to the alternation of the seasons at world level.

The sales network is made up principally of direct sales to retail stores or to chains of department stores, never to wholesalers, with centralized management of the merchandise at the headquarter.

Our distribution market is divided by brands, depending by the contract we have with the brand we are authorized to sell the merchandise in the countries approved. So every brands had its own countries. Our emerging countries as Iran, South America have the priority to sell over the other countries.
